As an administrator, perform these steps in the product's administration section:
go to "Manage apps"
locate and expand the "Identity Federation for AWS" app entry in the app list
locate and expand the "x of x modules enabled" menu link
...
at the bottom of the right column of the app details entry:
locate the 'AWS Resources Link on AWS Resources Section' (ifaws-aws-resources-link) module entry in the module list
click the 'Disable' button appearing when hoovering over the module entry
navigate to another page to verify that the 'AWS Resources' menu is not displayed anymore
