  • How to configure Develop with AWS (Jira)

You want to configure Develop with AWS (Jira) and the in-app onboarding is not yet functional.

    Temporary requirement only

Configuring Develop with AWS with Jira Software Cloud will only require launching a stack into your target AWS environment(s) down the road.

    Instructions

To configure Develop with AWS (Jira):

    1. Log into the AWS account and region that you want to integrate with Jira Software Cloud.

    2. Retrieve your Jira Software Cloud OAuth credentials – refer to https://utoolity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/UAAKB/pages/2937159681 for details.

    3. Select the Develop with AWS tab in the Jira project sidebar.

    4. Click the Launch stack button and provide the required data on the ‘Quick create stack’ screen in the AWS console, in particular:

      • Stack name - develop-with-aws-core. This should be preconfigured, and you can also choose a different name.

      • Atlassian Cloud ID - <A GUID - do not change>. This is your Atlassian Cloud ID and must not be changed for the app to function.

    5. Contact our team so that we can manually wire there provisioned AWS environment with your tenant specific resources in our backend.
