Update AWS connector configuration and documentation to refer to 'session policies'

AWS has meanwhile consolidated their related documentation around the concept of Session Policies, which are classified as "advanced policies that you pass in a parameter when you programmatically create a temporary session for a role or federated user".

As usual it would be helpful to converge to the new AWS concept naming to reduce onboarding hurdles and ease discovery of matching guidance and documentation.
