You want to add Automation with AWS to your Atlassian application.

Step-by-step guide

Automation with AWS can be installed and upgraded like any other regular app via the Universal Plugin Manager (UPM) (see Managing apps for details):

  1. Log into your Atlassian product instance as an administrator.

  2. Go to Administration > Apps.
    The Manage apps screen loads.

  3. Click Find new apps from the left-hand side of the page.

  4. Locate Automation with AWS via search.
    The appropriate app version appears in the search results.

  5. Click Try free to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license for Automation with AWS.
    You'll be prompted to log into My Atlassian if you're logged out. Identity Federation for AWS begins to download.

  6. Enter your information and click Generate license when redirected to My Atlassian.

  7. Click Apply license.
    If you're using an older version of UPM, you can copy and paste the license into your Atlassian product instance.

Integration with Identity Federation for AWS

Automation with AWS integrates Identity Federation for AWS to provide shared AWS Security Credentials management - please refer to Providing AWS Security Credentials for details.
